I’m real. I’m genuine. I’m not a robot or a blank slate. I’m not perfect.

My job is not to tell you what to do. I believe that every person has the right to make their own decisions, and they’re also entitled to change their mind.

I aim to be authentic with my feelings, and let my inside and outside be in harmony. I bring myself wholly to my work.

I am realistic in my approach. I believe we need to work with what we’ve got in life, instead of what is deemed to be ideal or “perfect”. Perfection is overrated anyway.

I don’t expect people to behave like Buddhist monks or achieve a state of self-actualisation. I’m much more interested in what it’s like to be a human in a world that’s evolving faster than we are.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest achievement”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
