Compassion is the mainstay of all good therapy.

The paradox of change involves both self-acceptance and transformation. Learning to love yourself without the need for alteration, whilst growing at the same time.

In therapy, the journey of change intertwines with the journey of self-love and acceptance.

Many individuals harbour intense self-criticism, treating themselves harshly compared to how they would treat others.

By providing a nurturing environment, my aim is for you to experience profound acceptance and care, fostering the cultivation of self-love within.
